Hi, I’m Anna Lisa
I see myself as a partner in the healing and growth process, rather than an expert in the lives of others.
I am deeply informed by eastern and western approaches, primarily somatic therapy, EMDR, health reclamation and mindfulness.
In session, you can expect to be welcomed into a safe environment where you will connect with the dynamic tapestry of your thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, and intuition. Together, we will explore these layers using various modalities, including mindfulness, breath awareness and body-centered techniques.
Holistic Approach
I believe that mental health challenges are opportunities to grow and evolve and I see affliction/conflict/trauma as opportunities for healing and transformation.
My approach is holistically oriented and integrates mind, body and spirit and the connection to self-knowing and trust. I have a variety of modalities to support you in your healing process and clients experience inspired results such as: connecting to intuition, finding balance, learning coping skills, rediscovering choice, decreasing suffering, healing from trauma, processing grief and loss, and deepening into healing, resonant relationships.
